Your unit will be repaired within 3-4 business days, and shipped back to you via Canada Post Expedted mail
All repairs are covered by a three month warranty on the work carried out.
To avoid shipping damage ship your unit with sufficient packing (cover your changer with bubble wrap and pack it in a large box with foam peanuts). Do not use a box that just fits the dimensions of the radio without additional space for soft material. We recommend you to use USPS Priority or Canada Post Expedted mail services.
